Tots Playhouse: A Role Play Cafe for Children

At Tots Playhouse, we offer a fun and engaging role play experience for children from birth to seven years old. Our play cafe is designed around imaginative role-play, allowing young kids to explore, discover, and have an amazing time in a safe and nurturing environment. This is where the kids run the town!

    Children (12 months to 7 years) - £6

    Babies (6 months to 12 months) - £2.50

    Babies (under 6 months) - Free

    No charge for adults 

    Children up to the age of 7 are welcome to play at Tots Playhouse.

    TRIAL SESSIONS

    We are trialling an open session over January. We will be open Monday to Friday 9:30am-1:30pm. There is no need to book, just come at your chosen time. We will continue to have a limited number of spaces so we cannot always guarantee a space for you.


    Please note these hours are subject to change during quieter periods. 


    On Saturdays we are open for private parties only and we are closed on Sunday.


    Yes, we have a small cafe that serves snacks and drinks for both children and adults. We also have a food menu serving bagels, wraps and kids lunches.

    We do offer food, drinks, cakes and snacks for both adults and children. We respectfully ask you do not bring your own food or drink into the cafe, with the exception of children’s snacks. 

    Yes, we are opposite the entrance to the Fore Street car park. Street parking can also be found along Fore Street.

    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you cannot make it to your booked session. If given 24 hours’ notice, we can transfer your booking to a different date.

    Celebrate your child's special day with us! We offer a two hour exclusive use of the cafe and play area starting from just £120. This includes play for up to 15 children and 20 adults, decorations and tableware and use of our bubble machine and disco lights. We also offer a children’s buffet and drinks as an optional extra. Let us do all the work for you with a hassle-free party - get in touch to book yours!

    What’s new?

    We are trialling a new open session over January so you will no longer need to book - just come in any time during our opening hours. We will continue to have a limited amount of places available so we cannot always guarantee you a space or a table in the cafe. We do have storage shelves in the cafe to store your belongings.
